The cottage is comfortably furnished. The 2 bedrooms can be set up with double beds or twin beds. Downstairs the accomodation is open plan with areas for dining and sitting adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped, with everything you need to make meals during your stay. Outside, there is a patio with a picnic table for you to enjoy the stunning view and at the rear ofthe cottage a gravel area and storage box. There is a dedicated parking space for one car.

The cottage is strictly non smoking and we do not normally allow pets.

Downstairs

The keysafe is by the back door. As you enter the cottage the first door is to the large family bathroom. The hallway has coat and shoe racks and leads to the sitting/dining room where you will find a table seating 4 and reclining armchairs and a small sofa. There is a TV and DVD player, DAB radio/bluetooth speaker and WIFI. The kitchen is accessed through an archway from this room. The kitchen has hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer box, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a slow cooker and handblender and a good selection of crockery and cutlery and cooking utensils and bakeware.

Upstairs

Upstairs there are 2 good sized double bedrooms, both of which can be made up as doubles or twins, and a shower room. The master bedroom faces the sea and has the same wonderful views of St Austell bay as downstairs. It faces south east so is perfect for jumping out of bed to catch a photo of the sunrise! It has a comfortable chair in the corner, perfect for reading. The second bedroom is also a good size and is comfortable as a twin or double room too.
